The Utilize of segmental so pulled method instead of metal box in bridge deck, (case study of B5 bridge levorotatory of Imam Ali highway to Artesh-west highway

امروزه در اكثر جوامع توسعه‌يافته و در حال توسعه مقوله ساخت از زواياي مختلفي مورد بررسي و آناليز قرار مي‌گيرد كه اين زوايا به غير از بحث فني و اجرايي آنها، آيتم‌هاي زمان، هزينه و مديريت اقتصادي طرح جزء اركان اصلي و بستر طراحي مي‌باشد، به اينگونه كه با اعمال مهندسي ارزش همراه با اقتصاد مهندسي طرح‌هاي مختلف پروژه‌هاي عمراني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته تا در زمان كمتر و كيفيت بهتر دستاوردهاي بالاتري از رضايت مشتري را بدست آورده و منجر به مشعوف كردن مشتري يا كارفرما شود. در اين ميان كشور عزيزمان ايران نيز به حول قوه الهي و به همت مديران دلسوز و مهندسان جهادگر در سازمان‌هاي عام‌المنفعه من‌جمله گروه تخصصي شهيد رجايي با در نظر گرفتن منويات مقام معظم رهبري و در راستاي اقتصاد مقاومتي، التزام به اعمال مهندسي ارزش را در دستور كار خود قرار داده و در اكثر پروژه‌ها به عنوان پيمانكار طرح، پيشنهادات خود را در جهت بهره‌وري و كاهش هزينه‌ها به مراجع ذي‌صلاح ارائه داده است. در اين مقاله كه به صورت موردي اعمال مهندسي ارزش و دستاوردهاي آن را در پروژه شهيد صياد شيرازي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است، بررسي تغيير متريال و مصالح مصرفي عرشه از فولادي به بتني(سگمنتال) در زمان و شرايط خاص خود بيان مي‌گردد. تغيير اين متريال علاوه بر سرعت بخشيدن به پيشرفت پروژه، كاهش هزينه ها، حذف برخي از آيتم‌هاي تعمير و نگهداري مصالح فولادي و بهره‌وري بيشتر طرح بيان مي‌گردد.

Meanwhile, our beloved Iran, along with divine power and with the help of compassionate executives and jihadist engineers in public organizations, including the Shahid Rajaee Specialist Group, has taken on the leadership of the Supreme Leader and in line with the resistance economy, to commit to the application of value engineering on the agenda. And in most projects, as a contractor of the project, has provided suggestions for efficiency and cost reduction to competent authorities. In this article, which case studies of value engineering and its achievements in Shahid Sayyad Shirazi project have been investigated, the study of the material and material changes in deck from steel to concrete (segmental) is expressed in time and conditions. Changing this material in addition to speeding up project progress, reducing costs, removing some items of steel material repair and maintenance, and improving the efficiency of the project.
