حل مساله توزيع اقتصادي بار ديناميكي با در نظر گرفتن آلودگي با استفاده از الگوريتم ازدحام ذرات ژنتيكي

Solving the problem of economic distribution of dynamic load with consideration of pollution using the genetic particle swarm algorithm

مساله توزيع اقتصادي بار-آلودگي ديناميكي (DEED) در سيستم هاي قدرت يكي از مهمترين مسايل بهره برداري است كه پاسخ دقيق به آن مي تواند موجب صرفه هاي اقتصادي قابل توجهي براي صاحبان صنايع و همچنين مشتركين باشد. اين مساله ذاتا مساله نامحدب است و استفاده از روش هاي كلاسيك براي حل آن مي تواند علاوه بر حجيم نمودن محاسبات، دستيابي به پاسخ را نيز زمانبر كند. در اين مقاله استفاده از الگوريتم تركيبي ژنتيك(GA)-ازدحام ذرات(PSO) براي حل مساله DEED پيشنهاد شده است. الگوريتم پيشنهادي از قباليت هاي سرعت بالاي همگرايي در GA و دستيابي به پاسخ هاي دقيق در PSO همزمان بهره مي برد. براي نمايش موثر بودن الگوريتم پيشنهادي در حل مساله مذكور، پاسخ هاي بدست آمده از حل مساله DEED با استفاده از روش تركيبي اين مقاله با پاسخ هاي بدست آمده از طريق ساير الگوريتم هاي تكاملي در مقالات ديگر و براي سيستم هاي مشابه مقايسه مي شود. نتايج شبيه سازي كه در نرم افزار MATLABانجام شده است، موثر بودن روش پيشنهادي را نمايش مي دهد.

The problem of the economic distribution of load-contamination (DEED) in power systems is one of the most important issues of exploitation, and the precise answer to it can bring significant economic benefits to both industry and consumers. This issue is inherently a problem and the use of classical methods to solve it can, in addition to computing, to take time to answer. In this paper, the use of the Combined Genetic Algorithm (GA) - Particle Swarm (PSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the DEED problem. The proposed algorithm uses high speed convergence constraints in GA and achieves precise responses at a simultaneous PSO. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in solving the above problem, the solutions obtained from the DEED problem are compared using the combined method of this paper with the responses obtained through other evolutionary algorithms in other papers and for similar systems. The simulation results in MATLAB software show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
