با حركت صنعت برق بسوي خصوصي سازي و آزاد سازي، صنعت از حالت انحصار خارج شده و شركت كنندگان جديدي وارد بازار شدند كه از مهمترين آن شركت هاي خرده فروشي هستند. . در اين مقاله به منظور افرايش ميزان سود خرده فروش، گزينه هاي مختلف تهيه انرژي الكتريكي بررسي شده و گزينه‌هاي كم هزينه انتخاب مي‌شوند. بدين منظور خرده فروش از قراداهاي دوجانبه، قرارداد اختيارخريد، بازار استخر، توليدپراكنده در مقياس كوچك و بارهاي قابل قطع استفاده مينمايد. در يك بازه زماني هفت روز، ميزان انرژي خريداري شده توسط خرده فروش از هريك از گزينه هاي موجود با هدف حداكثر سازي سود تعيين مي شود. به منظور حل مسئله بهينه سازي سود خرده فروش با لحاظ كردن قيود مربوطه، از برنامه‌ريزي عدد صحيح-مختلط توسط حل‌كننده dicopt در نرم افزار گمز استفاده شده است

With the power industry going toward privatization and liberalization, the industry get out from monopoly and new participants have entered the market, that the retailers companies are one of the most important in power market .In this paper, in order to increase the benefit of the retailer, various options for the supply of electrical energy are being investigated and low cost options are chosen. For this purpose, retailers use bilateral contracts, call-option contracts, pool markets, small-scale distribution and Interrupt loads. In a seven-day period, the amount of energy that purchased from varaius option contracts by the retailer is determinedوto the aim maximizing the benefit. In order to solve the problem of optimizing the retailers profit by considering the constraints, .mixed integer programming is used by dicopt solver in gams software
