چكيده فارسي :
امروزه سيستم‌هاي حفاظتي نقش بسيار مهمي را در پايداري سيستم‌هاي قدرت ايفا مي‌كنند. يكي از مباحث مهم در زمينه سيستم‌هاي حفاظتي ارتباط بين اين سيستم‌ها بوده است. دستگاه‌هاي الكترونيكي هوشمند ساخت شركت‌هاي مختلف امكان ارتباط با يكديگر را نداشته‌اند. كميسيون بين‌المللي الكترونيك IEC-61850 را به‌عنوان راه‌حلي براي رفع اين مشكل مطرح كرده است. در اين مقاله به بررسي استاندارد IEC-61850 پرداخته‌شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays, the protection systems plays an increasingly important role in the stability of power systems. One of the important issues in the field of protection systems, has been the communication between these systems. Smart electronic devices that are made by the different companies did not have the ability to communicate with each other. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), has propounded the IEC-61850 as a solution to this problem. This article reviews the IEC-61850 standard.
