شرط لازم براي حركت در مسير پيشرفت و تبديل شدن به يك اقتصاد نوآوري محور، توليد و بكارگيري كارآ و اثربخش دانش و تبديل شدن به يك اقتصاد دانش بنيان است.(انتظاري، 1395 )، اولين پيش نياز ورود به اقتصاد دانش سرمايه انساني و نيروي تحصيلكرده و واجد صلاحيت است. در يك اقتصاد توسعه يافته، ارائه خدمات آموزشي كيفي در سطح وسيع، اولويت اصلي جامعه است و بدون آن عناصر ديگري از پايه هاي دانش ملي از جمله تحقيق و توسعه را نمي توان به سطح مورد نياز رساند ( جعفري و احمدي ، 1389).كليدي ترين نهاد در انتقال دانش ، آموزش و پرورش مي باشد. آموزش و پروش به مثابه سامانه اقتصادي ، اجتماعي هم به ظهور جامعه دانش در كشورهاي پيشرفته كمك كرده و هم از آن متاثر شده است، اين آموزش و پرورش است كه در كنار ساير نيروها موجب تكوين جامعه و اقتصاد دانش خواهد شد. بنابرين آموزش و پرورش براي انجام اين رسالت خود ، بايد داراي ويژگي هايي باشد.(انتظاري ، 1384) هدف اين مقاله بيان اهميت و جايگاه اقتصاد دانش بنيان در مدارس مي باشد. در اين مقاله ابتدا به تعريف اقتصاد دانش بنيان و ضرورت وجودي آن مي پردازيم و پس از به بررسي انواع شاخص هاي ارزيابي اقتصاد دانش بنيان و اقدامات موثر در جهت تحقق اين موضوع خواهيم پرداخت.

A necessary condition for moving on the path of progress and innovation-driven economy to become a manufacturing and development of effective and efficient knowledge and become a knowledge-based economy. Human capital and well-educated workforce and qualified are the first prerequisite for entry into the knowledge economy. In a developed economy, provide quality education on a large scale is the main priority of society, without which other elements of the national knowledge base, including research and development can not be brought to the required level. The key institutions in the transfer of knowledge is education. Education as an economic-social system, emerging knowledge society helped in developing countries and it has been affected. The education, along with other forces that led to the development of society and the knowledge based economy. So education to do their mission, must have features.The purpose of this paper is defining the importance of nowledge based economy and its position in schools. In this paper, we consider the definition of the knowledge-based economy and the need for its existence and after examining various indicators to assess knowledge-based economy and we will take effective measures to achieve this.
