بررسي تاثير آموزش خود متمايز سازي بر ميزان رضايت زناشويي در بين دانشجويان زن متاهل

The effect of self differentiation training on the rate of Matrimony satisfaction between married college women

هدف از پژوهش حاضر،بررسي تاثير آموزش خودمتمايزسازي بر ميزان رضايت زناشويي دانشجويان زن متأهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد ايذه بود. تعداد آزمودني ها 50 نفر بود كه صورت تصادفي ساده انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمايش (25نفر) و گروه گواه (25نفر) جايگزين شدند.طرح پژوهش تجربي از نوع پيش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. ابزار اندازه گيري رضايت زناشويي انريچ (1989) بود. در ابتدا از هر دو گروه پيش آزمون گرفته شد و سپس گروه آزمايش به مدت 8 جلسه در برنامه آموزش خود متمايز سازي شركت كرد. پس از آموزش هر دو گروه ، پس آزمون به عمل آمد.به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از تحليل كواريانس چند متغيره استفاده شد.نتايج نشان داد كه آموزش خود متمايز سازي بر رضايت زناشويي تاثير دارد. كلمات كليدي:: آموزش خودمتمايز سازي،رضايت زناشويي.

The object of this experiment study is the effect of the instruction of self differentiation in increasing matrimony satisfaction between women by researcher. The procedure of the research is an experiment like pre test-post test with control group. The society of the research is consisted of married college women in Azad university of Izeh in 91-90. Sampling in this study is done randomly, and about 50 people are chosen who are randomly substituted in experimental group (25 people) and witness group (25 people). Then the two groups are taken Ettrick matrimony satisfaction pre test, and the experimental group participated in training self-differentiation during eight sessions. After finishing training, the post-test is given to the two groups, and Covariance analysis is used to analyze data, that the result showed the effect of instruction of self-differentiation in matrimony satisfaction.
