This study is outlined to probe the in vitro antioxidant activity of the essential oil and methanol extract of A. aucheri
and A. sieberi. The plant samples from A. aucheri and A. sieberi showed moderate antioxidant activity in DPPH test
(IC50 = 112 ± 1.82 and 131 ± 3.0 μg/mL, respectively) and β-carotene/linoleic acid assay (Inhibitions percentages=
62.60 ± 0.074 % and 44.02 ± 0.32 %, respectively).
