Steam distillation is one of ancient and official approved methods for isolation of essential oils from plant materials (93% recovery). By considering green chemistry and especially process intensification we try to design and introduce a new particular condenser for herbal extraction process. Heat-integrated condenser (HIC) make steam to crack the oil before it losses its heat and produce a more healthy, homogenous, and high concentration floral water proper for commercial purposes. Several years’ experience together scientific fundamental theory reach a design i.e. HIC. Simple mechanism and easy to work with high performance guarantee its success since 2014.
