In this paper, we introduce obstinate state ideals in state MV-algebras. We present some characterizations of them. We give extension theorem for obstinate state ideals in state MV-algebras. By introducing the concept state locally finite MV-algebra, we consider the quotient algebras induced by this state ideal and prove some related theorems.
