Bilayer graphene nanoribbone shows remarkable carrier transport property which leads them as a promising material for nanoelectronic application. Also BGN compared to the carbon nanotubes (CNTs), illustrates many advantages such as, flexibility, transparent electrodes, low production cost and high surface area. In this paper, carrier velocity on BGN as a fundamental parameter in both degenerate and non-degenerate regimes are investigated. Presented analytical model indicates that carrier velocity of negative normalized Fermi energy shifts to the thermal energy which shows nondegenerat approximation is dominant. On the other hand degenerate approximations can be used in the normalized Fermi energy more than zero which specifies that degenerate approximation will be overriding.
