The Challenges of Privatization in Iran

خصوصي‌سازي يكي از مهمترين اهداف كشورها‌ي در حال توسعه به شمار آمده و بسياري از كشورها‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ي منطقه خاورميانه كوشيده‌اندكه با سياست‌هاي گوناگون به اين هدف دست يابند. درحال حاضر خصوصي‌سازي به عنوان عامل كليدي توسعه براي كشور‌هاي نام برده از جمله كشور ما به شمار مي‌‌آيد.البته دستيابي به اين هدف با مشكلا ت بسياري همرا ه است كه بايد از طريق سياست‌هاي مناسب و بر اساس شرايط اجتماعي-اقتصادي كشورهاي مختلف حل گردند.در اين پروژه با بررسي شرايط كنوني ايران و مشكلات موجود بر سر راه خصوصي‌سازي به اين نتيجه دست يافته‌ايم كه براي رسيدن به اهداف خصوصي‌سازي بايد با روش‌هاي علمي و مديريتي صحيح وبا تدوين راهكارهاي قانوني براي تقويت بخش خصوصي وحمايت از اين بخش و با روش‌هاي غير انحصاري و عاري از هرگونه اغماض و به نفع گروه اقتصادي خاص از طريق بازار سهام مي توان مشكلات را از سر راه برداشت و به پياده شدن خصوصي‌سازي به نحو صحيح در كشورسرعت عمل بخشيد.

Privatization is one of the most important goals of developing countries, and many Middle Eastern countries have been trying to achieve this goal by various policies. Currently, privatization is considered a key factor for development for the countries mentioned, including our country. However, achieving this goal has many problems that must be solved through appropriate policies based on the socio-economic conditions of different countries. In this project, by examining the present conditions of Iran and the problems of privatization, we have achieved the result that, in order to achieve the goals of privatization, we must achieve the correct scientific and management methods and formulate legal solutions to strengthen the private sector and support this sector and non-monopoly methods. And free from any neglect and in favor of the group of etiquette Sadegh, through the stock market, can solve the problems and act quickly on privatization in the country.
