مكان يابي انبار با استفاده از روشهاي DEMATEL ANP فازي و TOPSIS فازي(مطالعه موردي: شركت پارس خزر رشت)

Warehouse location using FUZZY ANP DEMATEL and FUZZY TOPSIS (casestudy: Pars Khazar Rasht)

انتخاب مناسب مكان انبار يكي از تصميمات استراتژيك مديريتي براي شركت هاي توليدي و يكي از عوامل موثر در هزينه ها و بالا بردن قيمت تمام شده محصولات، حمل و نقل و جابجايي ها مي باشد. تصميم گيري در ارتباط با اين انتخاب، ممكن است عوامل بسياري را در تصميم گيري درگير نمايد. مديريت كارخانه هاي توليدي سعي دارند تا با مكان يابي مناسب انبارهاي توزيع و پيدا كردن مسيرهاي بهينه حمل و نقل، هزينه ي توليد و توزيع خود را كاهش دهند .از اين رو، در تحقيق حاضر به ارائه مدل ANP DEMATEL فازي و TOPSIS فازي جهت اولويت بندي و انتخاب مكان انبار در شركت پارس خزر رشت پرداخته شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه عامل پاسخگويي تأثيرگذارترين و عامل مطلوبيت محيط كار تأثيرپذيرترين مي باشد. همچنين عامل پاسخگويي به عنوان مهم ترين معيار اصلي در انتخاب مكان انبار در صنعت الكترونيكي بويژه شركت پارس خزر رشت مي باشد و عوامل) ويژگي هاي مكان، مرتبط با هزينه، حمل و نقل و مطلوبيت محيط كار) به ترتيب در اولويت هاي بعدي قرار دارند. همچنين نتايج مشخص كرد كه محل پيشنهادي شماره 1 بهترين انتخاب ممكن براساس عوامل مورد بررسي مي باشد. در نهايت براساس نتايج به دست آمده پيشنهادهايي براي مديران و كارشناسان خودروسازي ارائه شده است.

Select a warehouse location for production companies could be one of the strategic decisions for managers and one of the influential factors in the costs and raising the ultimate price of the products is the transport and the transfer. Decisions regarding this choice may be involved many factors in decision. The management of the production factories try to reduce the costs of production and distribution through the proper location of distribution warehouses and finding optimal transportation routes Hence, the present study is presened a FUZZY ANP DEMATEL and FUZZY TOPSIS model to prioritize and select warehose location in Rasht Pars Khazar the Co. The results indicate that responsiveness factors are the most influential factor and The utility of the work environment is the most impressionable. As well as, responsiveness factors factor is considered as the most important criterion in selecting warehouse location in the electronic industry, particularly Rasht Pars Khazar Co. and Location features, Cost-related, Transportation and Utility of work environment are, respectively, in the next priority. Finally, the results indicated that Proposed Place No. 1 is the best possible choice based on factors studied. Finally, based on the results is presented proposals for senior executives and automotive industry experts.
