Analysis of the factors affecting the demand of college graduates for entry into the field of co-operation. (Case Study: Dena County)

تغيير و تحولات سريع علم و فن آوري در سال هاي اخير، كشورهاي جهان بخصوص كشورهاي كمتر توسعه يافته را با چالش هاي جديدي روبرو ساخته است كه گذر از آن ها نيازمند بكار گرفتن رويكردها و روش هاي خلاقانه است. در اين ميان نقش كارآفريني و وجود افراد كارآفرين و همچنين شركت هاي تعاوني مي تواند تعيين كننده باشند و شايد به همين دليل اقتصاددانان كارآفريني را موتور رشد اقتصادي تعبير كرده اند. كارآفريني از طريق كشف فرصت ها و بهره برداري مناسب از آن ها، ايجاد فرصت هاي اشتغال، تغيير در محيط زندگي و... مي تواند به توسعه كمك كند. در اين مطالعه سعي در تحليل عوامل موثر بر پذيرش اشتغال در حوزه تعاون در استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد و به طور خاص شهرستان دنا طي الگوي اقتصاد سنجي و رگرسيوني لاجيت بوده ايم. اطلاعات لازم از طريق پرسشنامه جمع آوري و سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار Microfit الگوهاي مورد نظر برآورد شدند. نتايج برآورد الگوي لاجيت نشان مي دهد كه رابطه معناداري بين متغيرهاي درآمد افراد، سرمايه اوليه، آگاهي از نرخ سود تسهيلات در بخش تعاون، سطح تحصيلات و آموزش، وضعيت اشتغال افراد و حمايت هاي دولت و وجود زيرساخت هاي بخش تعاون و سن افراد با احتمال پذيرش اشتغال در حوزه تعاون وجود دارد. همچنين بر اساس آزمون t رابطه معناداري بين متغيرهاي اندازه خانوار و جنسيت افراد با احتمال تقاضا جهت پذيرش اشتغال در حوزه تعاون پيدا نشد.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Academic Graduates Demand for Entering Cooperatives (Case Study of Dena County) By: Houshang Esfandiarpanah Abstract The rapid transformation of science and technology has brought world countries, especially the less developed ones, into new challenges in recent years, and this transition requires innovative procedures and approaches. In this regard, the role of entrepreneurship and the presence of entrepreneurs as well as cooperative companies can be decisive and maybe that is the reason why entrepreneurship economists have interpreted entrepreneurship as the engine of economic growth. Through discovering opportunities and exploiting them appropriately, creating employment opportunities, changing the environment and so on, entrepreneurship can assist development. In this study, we tried to analyze the factors affecting the acceptance of employment in the field of cooperatives in Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad Province and, in particular, the Dena city based on the logitometric regression model. The expected data were collected through a questionnaire and then, using Microfit software, the patterns were estimated. The results estimated by the Logit model show that there is a meaningful relationship between individuals income variables, initial capital, awareness of the rate of benefit of facilities in the cooperative sector, education and training level, employment status of individuals and government support, the existence of infrastructure of the cooperative sector and the age of people and the probability of employment acceptance in the field of co-operation. Also, based on the t-test, no significant relationship was found between the size of household size and the gender of the individuals with the probability of accepting employment in the cooperative field.
