ارائه چارچوبي مفهومي براي مدل كسب و كار مبتني بر رويكردهاي نوين مديريتي

Proposing Conceptual Framework for Business Model Based on New Management Approaches

به منظور پاسخ به تغييرات مستمري كه در محيط خارجي اتفاق مي افتد، سازمان ها درصدد شناخت پارادايم هاي مديريتي مختلفي همچون ناب، چابك، تاب آور هستند. اين پارادايم ها به عنوان محركي براي تحقق مزيت رقابتي پايدار هستند. از سويي، سازمان ها نيازمند پذيرش و ايجاد مدل هاي جديد كسب و كاري هستند. يكپارچگي اصول ناب، چابك، تاب آور در منظر بوم مدل كسب و كار (BMC)، گامي در جهت تحقق رويكردي ايده آل است. اين رويكرد ديدگاه وسيعي نسبت به شناخت عوامل حياتي اي كه بايد در مدل كسب و كار سازمان باشد، چگونگي و چرايي ارتباط اين عوامل، و همينطور شرايط و مرزهايي كه اين روابط را ايجاد مي‌كند. اگرچه همراستايي اصول ناب، چابك، تاب آور و بخش هاي تشكيل دهنده بوم مدل كسب و كار با محدوديت هايي روبرو است، اما هدف اين مقاله، نگرشي نو در ايجاد يك مدل كسب و كاري ايده آل براي تركيب سه پارادايم است.

In order to respond to continues changes that happen in the external environment, organizations are seeking knowledge about paradigms such as lean, agile, and resilient. These paradigms are as motivators to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. At the same time, organizations need to accept and create new business models. Integration of Lean, agile, resilient in perspective of business model canvas (BMC) is a step towards the achieving of the ideal approach. This approach has a broader perspective to determine critical factors that should be in the business model of the organization, how and why of these factors are related, as well as conditions and boundaries of these relationships. Although aligning the principles of lean, agile, resilient and building blocks of BMC has some limitations, but the purpose of this paper is to develop a new approach to create ideal business model for combining the three paradigms.
