اولويت‌بندي تجهيزات مبتني بر شاخص OEE با استفاده از تكنيك تاپسيس فازي

Prioritization of equipment based on OEE using Fuzzy TOPSIS Technique

با توجه به اهميت شاخص اثربخشي كلي تجهيزات در ارزيابي عملكرد تجهيزاتي كه در فرآيند توليد بكار گرفته مي‌شوند و نقش مهم آن در تصميم‌گيري‌ها در عمليات نگهداري و تعميرات و با توجه به مشكلاتي كه در دسترسي به داده‌هاي دقيق عددي جهت محاسبه اثربخشي كلي تجهيزات وجود دارد، در اين پژوهش از روش كيفي و فازي جهت اولويت‌بندي تجهيزات مبتني بر شاخص OEE استفاده شد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از نظر ماهيت پژوهش، توصيفي، و از نظر متدولوژي كاربرد داده‌ها جزء روش توصيفي- پيمايشي است، جهت گردآوري داده¬ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد و در نهايت براي تحليل داده‌ها از روش FUZZY TOPSIS استفاده شد، پس از گردآوري داده‌ها و تحليل آنها، با توجه به نتايج وزن فازي معيارها، معيار كيفيت از بالاترين اولويت در بين معيارهاي مؤثر بر اثربخشي كلي تجهيزات برخوردار بود و پس از آن معيارهاي عملكرد و در دسترس بودن قرار داشتند. همچنين نتايج نزديكي گزينه‌ها به راه‌حل ايده‌آل، نشان داد كه دستگاه دستگاه 3، داراي بالاترين اولويت در بين دستگاه‌ها جهت بهبود شاخص OEE است و بعد از آن به ترتيب دستگاه شماره 1، دستگاه شماره 2، و در نهايت دستگاه شماره 4 قرار دارند.

Considering the importance of the index of overall equipment effectiveness in assessing the performance of equipment used in the production process and its important role in decision making in maintenance operations and considering to the difficulties in accessing precise numerical data to calculate the overall effectiveness equipment, in this research, qualitative and fuzzy method was used to prioritize equipment based on OEE index. This study, in terms of purpose is in the area of applied research, and based on the nature and method of data usage is a descriptive-survey study. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Finally, in analyzing the data, FUZZY TOPSIS method were applied. After collecting the data and analyzing them, according to the fuzzy weight results of the criteria, the quality criterion was the highest priority among the criteria affecting the overall equipment effectiveness, followed by performance criteria and availability. Also, the results of the closeness coefficient options for the ideal solution showed that device 3 has the highest priority among devices to improve the OEE index, followed by device number 1, device number 2, and eventually device number 4.
