بررسي نقش پنجره واحد سازماني در توسعه سيستمهاي اقتصادي در ايران

Investigating the role of organizational unit window in the development of economic systems in Iran

هدف از اين مقاله بررسي نقش پنجره واحد سازماني در توسعه سيستمهاي اقتصادي در ايران مي باشد. هيچ‌ كشوري‌ بدون‌ مشاركت‌ فعال‌ در بازرگاني‌ بين‌المللي‌ و اقتصاد جهاني‌ نمي‌تواند به‌ رشد وتوسعه‌ مناسبي‌ دست‌ پيدا كند(احمدي حديد،1386). از اينرو پنجره واحد سازماني در اين پژوهش عبارتست از تسهيل فرآيند پشتيباني و حمايت از كسب و كارها از نظر ارايه مستندات و اطلاعات جامع مورد نياز واحدها در زمان راه‌اندازي، كسب مجوزها، دريافت آموزشهاي لازم، بازاريابي و توسعه بازار، آگاهي از قوانين و مقررات مرتبط و آخرين تغييرات آن و ساير امور بروكراتيك و اداري در جهت رشد و تمركز بيشتر سازماني در اين پژوهش به نقش پنجره واحد سازماني در توسعه سيستمهاي اقتصادي در ايران را با استفاده از آزمون توصيفي و همچنين آزمون تي تك نمونه اي و آالفاي كرونباخ و آزمون كولمرگروف اسميرنوف بوسيله نرم افزار spss بررسي نموده ايم. به اين نتيجه دست يافتيم كه براي بخش دولتي به طور مشخص، وجود پنجره واحد سازماني ميتواند منجر به يكپارچگي بيشتر و موثرتر نظامها و فرايندهاي موجود، تخصيص موثرتر و كاراتر منابع مالي و انساني، اصلاح منابع درآمدي دولت، افزايش رضايت، افزايش امنيت، افزايش يكپارچگي و شفافيت در امور، كاهش فساد اداري و توانايي استفاده از تكنيكهاي پيچيده مديريت ريسك و كنترل جريان امور شود واژه‌هاي كليدي: پنجره واحد سازماني ، سازمانها، توسعه اقتصادي، سيستمهاي اقتصادي،اقتصاد ايران
