هدف از اين مطالعه شناسايي رابطه اخلاق حرفه اي با سكوت سازماني (مترو) است، پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع كاربردي و همبستگي است، روش بكار گرفته‌شده در اين پژوهش تحليلي- پيمايشي است. جامعه اين مطالعه شامل كارشناسان، مديران مترو در تهران (با مدرك ليسانس به بالا) مي باشند كه تعداد آنان 290 نفر مي باشد. با توجه به تعداد محدود جامعه، نمونه مورد مطالعه بر اساس جدول مورگان 165 نفر بصورت تصادفي ساده (به دليل همگني اعضاي جامعه) انتخاب مي شوند و پرسشنامه ميان اين افراد توزيع گرديد. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي مربوط به مباني نظري و استخراج عوامل و شاخص‌هاي اوليه از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و اينترنتي شامل كتب، مقالات و مطالعات موردي استفاده شد. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات و داده‌هاي موردنياز به‌منظور بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. در آمار استنباطي ابتدا با توجه به ابعاد موردنظر تعيين و شاخص‌ها استخراج گرديد، پس از بررسي پايايي و روايي پرسشنامه، نرمال بودن داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنف بررسي مي‌شود، سپس با استفاده از آزمون پيرسون و مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري و نرم‌افزار SPSS و lisrel به بررسي فرضيات پرداختيم. بر اساس نتايج به‌دست‌آمده تمام فرضيات پذيرفته شدند.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between professional ethics and organizational silence (metro). The present study was applied and correlated in terms of purpose. The method used in this research is analytical-survey. The community consists of experts, subway managers in Tehran (with a bachelor s degree), of which 290 people. According to the limited number of communities, 165 people were randomly selected (based on homogeneity of members of society) based on the Morgan table and a questionnaire was distributed among these individuals. For collecting data on theoretical foundations and extracting factors and indexes, library and internet resources including books, articles and case studies were used. A questionnaire was used to collect information and data to investigate the research hypotheses. Inferential statistics were first determined according to the dimensions and the indices were extracted. After examining the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the data were normalized using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, then using Pearson test and structural equation modeling and SPSS and lisrel software We examined the assumptions. Based on the results, all assumptions were accepted.
