بررسي تأثير مديريت زنجيره تأمين (SCM) بر توليد به ‏هنگام (JIT)

Study of the effect of supply chain management on just in time production

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي و شناسايي تأثير مديريت زنجيره تأمين بر توليد به‏ هنگام مي‏باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي پيمايشي و از نوع همبستگي مي‏باشد و جامعه آماري 30 نفر از مديران ارشد يا مديران توليد كه به روش سرشماري انتخاب شدند و دو پرسشنامه استاندارد براي سنجش مديريت زنجيره تأمين و توليد به ‏هنگام تكميل شدند كه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ آن‏ها به ترتيب 0.807 و 0.699 مي‏باشد. به منظور تجزيه‏و‏تحليل داده ها و آزمون فرضيه ها و ترسيم جداول و نمودارها از نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. براي تعيين نرمال بودن دادهها از آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنف و با توجه به نرمال بودن داده ‏ها از آزمون رگرسيون چندگانه گام ‏به‏گام استفاده شد. مطابق با آزمون رگرسيون از 6 بُعد مديريت زنجيره تأمين 5 بُعد آن بر توليد به‏ هنگام تأثير مثبت و معني ‏داري دارد. در كل نتايج تحقيق نشان‏ دهنده وجود تأثير مثبت و معني‏ دار بين مديريت زنجيره تأمين و توليد به‏ هنگام مي‏باشد.

The purpose of this research is to investigate and identify the impact of supply chain management on just in time production The research method was descriptive survey and correlation type The statistical population included 30 senior managers or production managers who were selected by census method and two standard questionnaires were used to measure supply chain management and production when completed which is Cronbachs alpha coefficient It is 0.807 and 0.699 respectively SPSS software was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses and draw tables and charts Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of the data. Regarding to the normality of the data multiple stepwise regression tests were used According to the regression test from six dimensions of supply chain management five of its dimensions have positive and significant effects on production In general the results of the research indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between supply chain management and production at the time.
