Investigate the relationship between capital structure and investment efficiency

چكيده: هدف تحقيق حاضر بررسي رابطه بين ساختار سرمايه و كارايي سرمايه گذاري در شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس تهران است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، تحقيقي كاربردي و در زمره تحقيقات توصيفي- همبستگي به شمار مي¬رود. جامعه¬آماري تحقيق شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي¬باشد. نمونه¬آماري نيز پس از اعمال شروط به روش حذف سيستماتيك تعيين گرديده شد. داده‌هاي تحقيق براي دوره هفت ساله (1388 لغايت 1394) از صورت‌هاي مالي حسابرسي شده شركت‌هاي بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و در مواردي نيز با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي اطلاعاتي ره‌آورد‌نوين و وب سايت¬هاي مرتبط با بورس اوراق بهادار تهران كه حاوي داده‌هاي بازار سرمايه‌اي تهران مي‌باشند، گردآوري شد. اطلاعات 147 شركت پس از بررسي همه جانبه از جنبه در دسترس بودن اطلاعات آن‌ها پس از جمع آوري، پردازش شده و توسط روش¬هاي آمار توصيفي مناسب و هم¬چنين روش¬هاي آماري استنباطي جهت تشخيص نوع داده‌هاي‌تركيبي و با استفاده از نرم¬افزار آماري ايويوز نسخه 6، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. بر اساس تحليل صورت پذيرفته نتايج آزمون فرضيه اول و دوم و چهارم تحقيق نشان از آن داشت كه بين مالكيت نهادي و كارايي سرمايه گذاري شركت ها و بين تمركز مالكيت و كارايي سرمايه گذاري شركت ها و بين مالكيت مديريتي و كارايي سرمايه گذاري شركت ها ارتباط معني دار و مستقيمي وجود دارد. همچنين با توجه به نتايج حاصل از آزمون فرضيه سوم تحقيق بين مالكيت دولتي و كارايي سرمايه گذاري شركت ها ارتباط معناداري وجود ندارد. در نهايت با توجه به نتايج حاصل از آزمون فرضيه پنجم پژوهش به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه بين نگراني هاي شغلي و كارايي سرمايه گذاري شركت ها ارتباط معنادار و معكوسي وجود دارد. واژه‌هاي كليدي: ساختار سرمايه، كارآيي سرمايه گذاري، نگراني شغلي

Abstract Purpose of existence research is investigation between capital structure efficiency investment in accepted companies in Tehran bourse. In terms of purpose this research to be included applied research among descriptire correlation research. Statististical society is research of accepted companies in Tehran stock exchange. Statistical sample aslo after apply the terms determined systemaic removal method. Research datas for period of 7 years (2009 until 2015) gathered from audited financial statements companies Tehran stock exchange and in some items also by using information software New rational and websites liked by Tehran stock exchange that include Tehran capital market datas. Information of 147 companies after general investigation from aspect available their information afther gather, processed and was analyzed appropriate descriptive statistics methods and also infere ntial statistics methods for recognition combined datas type and by using eviews statistical softwans version 6. According to analysis performed of test results of the first and second and forth hypothesis, research shoued it, there is meaningful and direct relationship between institutional ownership and corporate investment efficiencyand between concentration of ownership and corporate investment afficrency and manayement whership and coroporate investment efficiency. Also duo to the thest results of third hypothesis research there isn’t meaningful relations ship between governmental ownership and corporate investment efficiency. Eventually due to the test resuit of fifth research, we came to the conclusion, thereis meaningful and inverse relationship between job concerns and corporate investment.
