Identifying the Effective Factors in Creating Sustainable Competitive Advantage in the Productivity Space of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Northwest Professional Technical Organization

هدف پژوهش حاظر شناسايي عوامل موثر در ايجاد مزيت رقابتي پايدار در فضاي بهره¬وري بنگاه¬هاي كوچك و متوسط سازمان فني و حرفه¬اي شمال¬غرب كشور مي باشد كه جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، شامل كليه مديران رده بالاي سازمان-هاي فني و حرفه¬اي شمال غرب كشور شامل استان¬هاي آذربايجان شرقي، آذربايجان غربي و اردبيل مي¬باشد. تعداد اين مديران براساس آمار اين سازمان، 28 نفر مي¬باشد. براي جمع¬آوري داده¬ها جهت تهيه و تدوين پيشينه تحقيق از روش كتابخانه¬اي استفاده شده است. همچنين به منظور جمع¬آوري داده¬ها جهت پاسخ به سوالات تحقيق از روش ميداني پرسشنامه اي استفاده شده است.ابتدا از طريق مصاحبه ي ساختاريافته و به روش گلوله برفي، نفرات به عنوان خبره ذي صلاح جهت انجام مقايسات مورد نياز انتخاب شدند، سپس از مباني نظري و پرسشنامه به عنوان ابزار¬هاي اصلي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها استفاده شده است. و در نهايت بر اين اساس، معيارهاي پايداري در عمليات توليد، پايداري در عمليات زنجيره توزيع، منابع چالشها و مسائل پايداري، ابزارها و تكنيك هاي توسعه كسب و كار پايدار در توليد/خدمات، پايداري در طراحي توليد/فرايند، پايداري در عمليات تامين شناسايي و تعداد 26 عامل از مجموع معيارها نيز استخراج گرديد.

The purpose of the present research is to identify the effective factors in creating a sustainable competitive advantage in the productivity of the small and medium enterprises of the North-West professional technical and professional organization of the country. The statistical population of this research includes all top managers of technical organizations and The professional Northwest of the country includes the provinces of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardebil. The number of these directors is 28, according to the organization s statistics. The library method has been used to collect the data for the preparation and compilation of the research data. A questionnaire was used to collect the data to answer the research questions. Initially, through a structured interview and snowball method, the participants were selected as qualified experts for the required comparisons, then Theoretical foundations and questionnaires were used as the main tools for data collection. Finally, the criteria for sustainability in production operations, sustainability in the distribution chain operation, resources for challenges and sustainability issues, tools and techniques for sustainable business development in production / services, sustainability in product / process design, sustainability in operations Supply and 26 factors were extracted from the set of criteria.
