Investigating the relationship between management skills and technical understanding of managers in Iran

هدف از پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ارتباط بين مهارت هاي عمومي مديريت بادرك فني و توانايي مديران ايران( در سازمان هاي دولتي وخصوصي ) مي پردازد. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي- همبستگي مي باشد. و مدل يابي مبتني برالگوي مفهومي است. دراين راستا پژوهشگربا اين مسئله روبروست كه آيا مهارت هاي عمومي مديريت بر درك فني مديران در ايران تأثير دارد؟ باتوجه به نتايج به دست آمده ميتوان لزوم دارا بودن مهارت هاي عمومي مديريت را در مديران داخلي مورد بررسي اين تحقيق بااهميت دانست. به طور معمول باتوجه به تحقيقات انجام شده اهميت اين مهارت ها در تمام رده هاي مديريتي در سلسله مراتب عمومي مديريت و در هر سازماني، جزء لاينفك انجام وظايف عومي مديريتي و اجرايي محسوب ميشود، كه در ادامه به تشريح آن ميپردازيم .

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the general skills of technical management and the ability of Iranian managers (in governmental and private organizations). The research method is descriptive-correlational. And modeling is based on a conceptual framework. In this regard, the researcher is confronted with the question of whether the general management skills affect the technical understanding of managers in Iran? According to the obtained results, it may be necessary to have the general management skills in the internal managers of this research. Typically, according to researches, the importance of these skills in all management categories in the general management hierarchy and in each organization is an inseparable part of the performance of executive and executive duties, We will discuss it further.
