Investigating the Impact of Business Process Management Culture on Financial Performance in Arak Public and Private Banks

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي تأثير فرهنگ مديريت فرآيند كسب و كار بر عملكرد مالي در بانك هاي دولتي و خصوصي شهر اراك بوده است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، پژوهشي كاربردي و از نظر روش علّي بوده است. جامعه‌ي مورد پژوهش شامل مديران و معاونان بانك هاي شهر اراك بوده كه براي سنجش وضعيت موجود از پرسشنامه 28 سوألي استفاده شد و پس از تأييد روايي و پايايي جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. در اين تحقيق براي بررسي روابط بين اجزاء مدل از آزمون مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري به كمك نرم افزار ليزرل استفاده شده است. با توجه به تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، نتايج حاكي از آن بوده است كه مشتري گرايي، برتري، مسئوليت پذيري و كار گروهي بر فرهنگ مديريت فرآيند كسب و كار تأثير دارد و همچنين فرهنگ مديريت فرآيند كسب و كار بر عملكرد مالي تأثير دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of business process management culture on financial performance in public and private banks in Arak. The purpose of this research was applied research and in the causal method. The research population consisted of the directors and deputies of banks in Arak city. For assessing the existing situation, 28 questions were used and then validated for reliability and reliability of the data. In this research, the structural equation modeling test was used to examine the relationship between the components of the model with the help of the LISREL software. According to the data analysis, the results indicate that customer orientation, excellence, accountability, and teamwork affects the process of business process management, and also the culture of business process management affects financial performance
