چكيده فارسي :
امروزه توجه به كار آفريني، از دغدغه هاي مهم نهادهاي مختلف از جمله دانشگاهها و مراكز آموزش عالي است. انتظارات متنوع از دستاوردهاي آموزشي و پژوهشي و تحول در روش هاي يادگيري، چالش هايي است كه دانشگاههاي سنتي با آن روبرو هستند. همچنين دانشگاهها، در كسب اعتبار، جذب سرمايه هاي انساني، مادي، ملي و جلب رضايت ذينفعان به رقابت با يكديگر پرداخته و در اين راستا، توسعه دانشگاه هاي نسل سوم و ايجاد رشته هاي كارآفريني در كشورهاي مختلف در دستور كار متخصصان كارآفريني حوزه هاي تصميم گيري آموزش عالي قرار گرفت. بخش آموزش عالي، در مقام متولي، تربيت نيروي انساني وظايف مهم و رسالت والايي در راه نيل به رشد و توسعه اقتصادي هر كشور دارد، اما به دليل شرايط عمومي اقتصادي، اجتماعي ، افزايش فشار برهزينه‌هاي دولت و افزايش تقاضا براي آموزش، منابع مالي دولتي بخش آموزش عالي، با محدوديت‌هايي مواجه شده است. مهم‌ترين چالش هاي دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي، چگونگي افزايش و تنوع بخشيدن به منابع مالي است.

Today, entrepreneurship, is an important concern of many sections like institutions, universities and higher education centers. Diverse expectations from achievements in education, research and development on methods of learning, have faced traditional universities with challenges. also universities, compete in gaining reputation, credit, national prestige, attracting human capital, , national, and stakeholders satisfaction to this regard, the development of third generation universities and creating entrepreneurship universities programs in different countries.become the primarity for entrepreneurship professionals and higher education decision makers in different countries. The higher education sector, as the trustee for training the human resources for each country has a massive responsibility and important role in growth and development of economy in all areas. but because of the general economic, social conditions, increase pressure and demand for education, the higher education sector public funds, has been limited. The challenges of universities and higher education institutions is, to how increase and diversify their financial resources.
