Comparing knowledge-oriented leadership and effect on knowledge management practices and innovation Performance (case study: Khuzestan steel company )

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير رهبري دانش گرا بر فعاليت¬هاي مديريت دانش و عملكرد نوآورانه در شهر اهواز انجام گرفته شده است. پژوهش حاضر، بر اساس هدف از نوع كاربردي و بر اساس نحوه گردآوري داده¬ها، از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي مي-باشد. جامعه آماري آن را مديران و كاركنان شركت فولاد خوزستان تشكيل مي¬دهند طبق محاسبات، تعداد 364 نفر در شركت فولاد خوزستان به عنوان نمونه به روش تصادفي طبقه¬اي انتخاب شده‌اند. براي بررسي ويژگي¬هاي جامعه مورد مطالعه، از شاخص¬هاي آمار توصيفي و با توجه به مدل پيشنهادي براي تاييد يا رد فرضيه¬¬ها از شاخص¬هاي آمار استنباطي (ضريب همبستگي پيرسون) و از نرم¬افزارSPSS24 شده است. بر اساس نتايج حاصل از تحقيق رهبري دانش گرا بر مديريت دانش، ايجاد مديريت دانش، كاربرد مديريت دانش و نيز عملكرد نوآورانه تاثير مستقيم معنا دار دارد.

This study aims to Comparing the effect of knowledge-oriented leadership effect on knowledge management practices and innovation Performance it is done in Ahvaz. The method of this researches is based on its objective is an applied research and based on the method togather information is descriptive- correlation with causal approach research. The Population of this research is manegers and personal Khuzestan steel company .The number of participants 364 in Khuzestan steel company . For analyzing the qualities of population we apply descriptive statistics and in order to investigate proposed model we used inferential statistics (Pearson s correlation and Structural Equation Modeling) and software s SPSS 24 . In this research, all hypotheses have been proposed, but significant impact of knowledge-oriented leadership on knowledge management transfer practices , knowledge management storage practices knowledge management application practices on innovation performance in Khuzestan steel company and are not verified.
