بهره وري، ﮐﻠﯿﺪ ﺣﻔﻆ رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي در ﺳﻄﻮح ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﻠﯽ بوده و ﺿﺎﻣﻦ دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ و ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﺮدن ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار در ابعاد اقتصادي و اجتماعي اﺳﺖ واز طرفي در سطوح صنعتي، ملي و بين المللي به منظور نشان دادن سطح رقابت صنعتي و توانايي براي حفظ تورم كم، بدون حمايت گسترده دولتي مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرد لذا استفاده از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ، ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻫﺎ، روش ﻫﺎ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ به منظور سنجش و ارتقاء ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﺑﺮاي ﭘﻮﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎد لازم و ﺿﺮوري اﺳﺖ ، از اين رو براي رسيدن به اين اهداف متعالي و همچنين ايجاد مزيت رقابتي وافزايش سود آوري و استفاده بهينه از منابع موجود لازم است شاخص هاي بهره وري را اندازه گيري كرده و زمينه لازم را براي ايجاد و شناخت كاربرد اطلاعات در بهره برداري از منابع موجود در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادي را فراهم نمود لذا در اين مقاله به صورت موردي (case study)، بهره وري شركت صنايع مس شهيد باهنر كرمان مورد اندازه گيري قرار گرفته است كه شاخص هاي بهره وري مورد پايش، شاخص هاي بهره وري جزيي، بهره وري كل و بهره وري كل عوامل مي باشند.

Productivity is the key of preserving competitiveness in the organizational and national level and guarantees achieving and institutionalizing sustainable development in economic and social dimensions and on the other hand, it is used in industrial, national and international levels for displaying industrial competition level and capability for retaining low inflation without wide governmental support. So, using various tools, techniques, methods and activities for assessment and promotion of productivity is necessary for economy mobility. So, for achieving these transcendental goals and also creating competitiveness advantageous and increasing profitability and optimal usage of available resources, it is necessary to measure productivity indicators and provide the required ground for creating and recognition information application in exploiting the available resources in various economic dimensions. Hereupon, in this paper productivity of Kerman Shahid Bahonar Copper Industries Co. is measured as a case study that the monitored productivity indicators include partial productivity, Total factor productivity and Multifactor productivity indicators.
