چكيده فارسي :
دراين مقاله ابتدا نانو پودرهاي فريت بيسموت به روش مايكرويو تهيه شدند و سپس به منظور بهبود خواص فيزيكي، اين نمونه ها در سه دماي 500،600 و 700 درجه سانتيگراد تحت عمليات بازپخت قرار گرفتند. خواص ساختاري و اپتيكي نمونه‌ها توسط آناليز XRD و اندازه گيري طيف عبور در ناحيه UV-Vis مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج اين بررسي نشان داد كه عمليات بازپخت باعث بهبود خواص ساختاري نمونه‌ها مي‌شود.همچنين ميزان عبور از نمونه‌ها با افزايش دماي بازپخت افزايش و گاف نواري نمونه‌ها با افزايش دماي بازپخت كاهش يافت
چكيده لاتين :
In this work, firstly Bismuth ferrite Nano powders have been prepared by microwave method. Then, in order to improve physical properties of the samples, those were annealed at temperature of 5000c, 6000c and 7000c. Structural and optical properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction and UV-Vis measurements. The results of this study showed that the annealing treatment improve the structural properties of the samples. Moreover, our results showed that transmittance of the samples increases and band gap of the samples decreases as the annealing temperature increases.
