Strategic Plan Of Esfahan Basketball Association

The purpose of this research was to develop a strategic plan for the Isfahan Basketball Association. In this research, SWOT model was used by studying strategic planning in management field because this model is the most common and the most popular in strategic management. By using this model, external factors, including the opportunities and threats and internal factors, including the strengths and weaknesses were examined and collected. By using this matrix, the situation of Isfahan basketball association was in the release, liquidation and transfer. By the analysis of the matrix of internal and external factors, we proposed strategies for development of Esfahan basketball association for achieving better conditions.
