Nowadays, the picture of life is drawn based on the cultural behaviors, and sports science is recognized as one of its most important components. The relation between the world of sport and philosophy traces back to Plato’s era.
Philosophy could be defined as the process of thought, the love of wisdom and life style which plays a basic role in developing personal beliefs, values, and actions. Hence, philosophy is vital for people associated with sports science to study and peruse it.
Mankind has experienced three main fashions of mysticism, philosophy, and science so as to recognize himself as well as his surroundings. Mysticism is a set of internal appetites and experiences that creates heartfelt cognition. Philosophy refers to the rational arguments and science is based on intuitive experiences and the testability of hypotheses.
Philosophy can be used to facilitate the reasonable decision making. It also makes it feasible to pose questions in various areas such as Morality and Aesthetics, in order to head for more desired planning.
Today, sports philosophy is irrefutably essential and inclusive for people to be professionally trained. The philosophical beliefs of sports should be scientific and enjoy philanthropic purposes. They should also be compatible with the role of physical activities in improving function, the quality of life and meeting people physical and mental needs.
Sports philosophy is used to study sports science. This branch of philosophy is an orientation of sports science which targets people’s physical and mental health. Additionally, it is the messenger of peace and has a transnational role in international relations to establishing worldwide union.
