This study aimed to find the effects of cultural intelligence on work adjustment of staff employed in sport departments of universities in Isfahan. Descriptive research method was used for collecting information and to describe the situation . The population of the present study included all of the staff members at the sport departments of universities in Isfahan (N= 89). A total of 73 participants was selected via stratified random sampling. The results indicated that cultural intelligence affects the staff’s job related personality adjustment and their work environments based adjustment. Also, there was a significant correlation of cultural intelligence, cultural intelligence strategy, cultural intelligence knowledge, cultural intelligence motivation and cultural intelligence behavior with the staff’s work adjustment.
