A suitable business model can explain the logic of economic activity of an organization by answering questions on customer, customer value and profit production strategies. It can also explain how to provide the considered value for customers at a reasonable cost. Accordingly, the purpose of the present research was to examine the relationship between business creation and leadership cost strategies with differentiation of services in sport clubs. It is a descriptive-analytical method in terms of data collection. The research population consisted of all managers of clubs, employees in private and public clubs and professors of sport management. In this study, a sample of 96 individuals were selected. Data was gathered using questionnaires consisting of 36 questions which were made by the researcher. Its reliability and justifiability were confirmed using pool reliability and factor analysis in PLS software. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods (confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling technique) were used to analyze data. Before testing hypotheses, external research model, internal model and model totality were fitted by appropriate indicators. Finally, results showed that factors affecting business can affect leadership costs and differentiation of services.
