In this paper we introduce a framework for study of Hyers-Ulam stability of global partial differential equations on smooth manifolds. Our framework can be applied to Klein-Gordon equation and to PDEs arising from Laplace and Dirac operators. Some results on Hyers-Ulam stability of a global PDE associated to vector fields on manifolds, and two remarks about Hamiltonian and Lagrangian dynamical systems, are announced.
