از مشكلات مهم مايعات رنگي، دشوار بودن حمل‌ونقل، كوتاه بودن زمان ماندگاري،كپك زدن و... است. توليد پودر رنگي به علت خشك بودن، قابليت نگهداري در فضاي كم و عدم مشكلات حمل‌ونقل از اولويت برجسته‌اي برخوردار است. همچنين تقاضاي زياد رنگ‌دانه طبيعي در صنعت رنگرزي فرش دست‌بافت، توليد لباس سنتي و... باعث اهميت يافتن توليد پودر مي‌گردد. با توجه به هزينه نسبتا كم استفاده از افشانه فراصوت براي پودر سازي مايعات رنگي، وفور محصول اوليه و سرعت عمل اين روش، تهيه پودر رنگ‌دانه‌هاي طبيعي با ماندگاري بالا در مقايسه با روش‌هاي معمول و سنتي موجود در بازار و درجهت حفظ محيط‌زيست با كاهش زايدات محصولات كشاورزي اهميت پژوهش مضاعف مي‌گردد. موادرنگزاي طبيعي از نظر كيفيت از رنگ هاي شيميايي بهتر ومناسب ترند هرچند كه تهيه رنگ هاي گياهي دشوارتر است . رنگ هاي گياهي ثبات شستشويي ،نوري وسايشي خوبي دارند . پودرسازي به روش فراصوت نسبت به ساير روشها داراي ويژگيهاي موثرتري از قبيل يكنواختي اندازه و شكل كروي نسبتا منظم ذرات، ريزش عالي، كمپرس پذيري و محلوليت بهتر در مقايسه با روشهاي مرسوم ميباشد.

One of the most important problems of liquid color is the difficulty of transportation, shorter shelf-life, mildew, bad smell and so on. The production of powder pigment is one of the top priorities in terms of dryness, low storage space and lack of transportation problems. So, the high demand for natural pigments in the dyeing industry, the production of traditional clothing and so on makes it important to find powder production. Due to high using of ultrasonic nozzles for powder coloring liquids, the prevalence of the initial product and the speed of the procedure, the preparation of natural pigmentation powders with a high shelf-life, compared to conventional and traditional methods available in the market and in order to protect the environment by reducing the crop yields. Natural properties are better and more suitable in terms of quality than chemical paints, although it is more difficult to prepare plant colors. Vegetable colors have a good washing-up and light-stabilizing properties. Atomizing using ultrasound method has an effective characteristics such as equal distribution and roundness shape of particle, higher solubility and compressibility compared to conventional methods.
