بررسي جداره هاي شفاف در ساختمان هاي بلند مرتبه ‏ و تاثير آن بر راندمان كاري كارمندان ادارات

با توجه به لزوم توسعه پايدار در جوامع امروزي يكي از راهكار هاي طراحي در اين چارچوب استفاده از جداره هاي شفاف در ساختمان هاي بلند مرتبه اداري ميباشد. اين راهكار علي رغم صرفه اقتصادي تهديداتي در حوزه انرژي و همينطور كيفيت فضايي و جنبه رواني كاربران را به همراه دارد. از اين رو در مبحث معماري پايدار هر ساختمان بايد با محيط پيرامون خود تعامل دو سويه داشته باشد. حال نظر به اينكه وجود جداره هايي از اين قبيل تأثير مستقيم و غير مستقيم بر راندمان كاري كارمندان دارد، لذا بايد به عوامل دروني و بيروني مؤثر بر اين امر توجه ويژه اي شود. هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي عملكرد جداره هاي شفاف درساختمان هاي بلند مرتبه و تاثير آن بر راندمان كاري كارمندان يك اداره مي باشد كه با روش تحليلي و توصيفي انجام گرفته است. براي نيل به اين هدف اطلاعات تحقيق به صورت مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني جمع آوري گرديده است. براي بررسي و تحليل آن و ارائه جزئيات عميق تر از مدل SWOT، عوامل فيزيكي تاثير گذار بر راندمان كاري كارمندان به دست آورده شده است و به صورت جامع به عوامل دروني (نقاط ضعف و قوت) و عوامل بيروني )تهديدات و فرصت ها) پرداخته شده است. در نهايت با بررسي پيوند ميان حوزه ي روانشناسي و معماري، راهكارهاي مناسب جهت بهبود راندمان كاري كارمندان در ادارات با جداره هاي شفاف ارئه شده است و در نتيجه تأثير عوالي چون تهويه، نور، رنگ، دما، شلوغي و عواملي از اين دست مشخص شده است.

Due to the necessity of sustainable development in today`s societies is one of the design solution within this framework the use of transparent glazing in high-rise office buildings. This economical solution in spite of threats in the field of energy and also the quality of the space and the mental aspect of the users. Hence on the topic of sustainable architecture of every building must have bidi interaction with your environment. There are comments that such glazing such as direct and indirect impact on the efficiency of the work of employees, so must the inner and outer factors affecting this issue special attention. The aim of this study was to investigate the performance of the high-walled transparent in rank and its impact on the working efficiency of employees is an analytical method that can be managed and descriptive. To achieve this goal the research information for library studies and collecting field. To review and analyze it and provide deeper details of the physical factors that affect SWOT model on the working efficiency of employees has been earned and comprehensively to internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors) the threats and opportunities). Finally check the link between the sphere of psychology and the appropriate solutions to improve the efficiency of the architecture, the work of employees in offices has been given withglazed transparent and as a result the impact of factors such as air, light, color, temperature, bustle and the factors of this hand.
