چكيده فارسي :
فرهنگ مجموعه اي از دستاوردهاي مادي و معنوي بشر در طول تكامل تاريخ و اجتماعي است.فرهنگ به مفهوم علوم اجتماعي، مجموعه اي پيچيده از اعمال و رفتارها، آرمانها و باورها، سنن و ضوابطي است كه انسان از اجتماع كسب ميكند و در قبال اجتماع متعهد به اجراي آن مي باشد. توسعه پايدار به عنوان يك فرآيند در حالي كه لازمه بهبود و پيشرفت است، اساس بهبود وضعيت و رفع كاستي‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي و اقتصادي جوامع پيشرفته را فراهم مي آورد، و بايد موتور محركه پيشرفت متعادل، متناسب و هماهنگ اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي تمامي جوامع و بويژه كشورهاي در حال توسعه باشد. توسعه پايدار سعي دارد به پنج نياز اساسي زير پاسخ گويد: تلفيق حفاظت و توسعه، تأمين نيازهاي اوليه زيستي انسان، دست‌يابي به عدالت اجتماعي، خودمختاري و تنوع فرهنگي و حفظ يگانگي اكولوژيكي اين مقاله به روش توصيفي تحليلي بااستفاده از مطالعات اسنادي كتابخانه اي ميباشد.تلاش شده با بكاربردن معماري پايدار ،تاثير فرهنگ و اقتصاد را در اجتماع بيان كرد كه معماري پايدار در اين مورد خود نوعي تكنولوژي خاص باشد.از يافته هاي مقاله ميزان تاثير توسعه پايدار بر فرهنگ و اقتصاد يك جامعه مي باشد. و از ديگر يافته هاي مقاله تركيب و تلفيق معماري پايدار با فرهنگ و اقتصاد يك جامعه مي باشد كه نتيجه حاصله مي تواند در بهبود اين صنعت بزرگ در كشور موثر و مفيد باشد.
