بررسي مبلمان شهري با رويكرد حفظ حقوق معلولين جسمي و حركتي (نمونه موردي : خيابان علم الهدي رشت)

درصد مهمي از افراد هر جامعه را معلولان جسمي – حركتي تشكيل مي دهند. عدم توجه به نيازها و فاكتورهاي معلولين در طراحي معابر شهري، شهرها را ذبه مكان هايي نامناسب و حتي خطرناك براي افراد داراي معلوليت جسمي و محدوديت حركتي ، بدل نموده و حضور اين افراد در محيط خارج منزل را دشوار و مخاطره آميز مي نمايد. در هيمن راستا هدف اين مقاله نيز ؛ بررسي مبلمان و تجهيزات شهري با توجه به نياز، معلولين جسمي – حركتي مي باشد. در اين پژوهش خيابان علم الهدي رشت به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب و با استفاده ازروش هاي تحليلي و جمع آوري داده ها و اطلاعات از طريق مطالعات و پيمايش ميداني ، پرسشنامه (90 مورد( ، اوضاع و شرايط موجود مبلمان شهري در محدوده خيابان علم الهدي رشت بررسي شده است.نتايجژوهش ، مبين آن است كه طرح شهري اجرا شده با توجه به نياز معلولان پاسخگوي مناسبي در جهت رفع مشكل آن ها نبوده است و در مرحله اجرا بسيار ضعيف است و تنها در جهت رفع مسئوليت بوده است. سپس با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده ، راهكارهايي جهت ايجاد شرايط مناسب محيطي و مبلمان شهري، براي معلولين جسمي – حركتي و كمك به رفاه آن ها و حضور هر چه بيشتر آن ها در فضاي شهري ارائه شده است.
