بررسي مقايسه اي فناوري هاي نوين ساختمان سازي بتني ICF، TCF و 3D با استفاده از روش تصميم گيري AHP

Comparison of new technologies concrete building ICF,TCF and 3D by using AHP decision

در پژوهش حاضر، سه فناوري نوين ساختمان¬سازي بتني به نام¬هاي؛ مسلح با قالب¬ عايق ماندگار (ICF)، قالب تونلي (TCF) و پانل پيش-ساخته سبك سه بعدي (3D)، به لحاظ معيارهاي هزينه، زمان، قابليت اجرايي و ويژگي¬هاي فني با رويكرد صنعتي¬سازي و با هدف انتخاب سيستم بهينه، مورد مقايسه قرار گرفته¬اند. براي اين منظور پرسشنامه¬هايي در قالب پرسشنامه شماره 1 كه به مقايسه معيارها و زيرمعيارها مي¬پردازد و پرسشنامه شماره 2 كه به ارزيابي سيستم¬هاي سازه¬اي بهينه مي¬پردازد در اختيار خبرگان شهرستان كرمان قرار گرفت و توسط ايشان تكميل گرديد، سپس به كمك فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP) سيستم¬هاي سازه¬اي مذكور، رتبه¬دهي و بهترين گزينه تعيين گرديد. طبق نتايج بدست آمده، ساختمان¬سازي با روش پانل پيش ساخته سبك سه بعدي (3D) با 6/49 درصد به لحاظ معيارهاي مورد مطالعه، به عنوان سيستم بهينه معرفي مي¬گردد. همچنين سيستم مسلح با قالب عايق ماندگار (ICF) با 4/28 درصد در رتبه دوم و سيستم قالب تونلي (TCF) با 22 درصد در رتبه سوم قرار گرفتند.

In the present study, three modern concrete building technology called; armed with persistent isolation form (ICF), tunnel (TCF) and prefabricated panel-style three-dimensional (3D), in terms of cost, time, criteria and technical characteristics with the approach of industrialization with the goal of selecting the optimal system, about the comparison. For this purpose the questionnaire in the form of the questionnaire number 1 to compare the standards and زيرمعيارها and the questionnaire number 2 to assess the structural systems to provide the optimal deals and the Assembly of the city of Kerman, was completed by them, then to help the process of hierarchical analysis (AHP) structural systems, rating and is the best option. According to the results obtained, the prefabricated panel construction with three dimensional (3D) style with 6.49% in terms of the criteria to the case study, as optimized system will be introduced. It is also armed with a lasting insulation molding system (ICF) with 4.28 percent in the second and tunnel formwork system (TCF) with 22 percent in the third.
