بررسي و تحليل موقعيت جغرافيايي سايت تالار شهر رشت با هدف توسعه تعاملات اجتماعي

Evaluation of geographic location of city hall for social interaction enhancement in Rasht,Iran

امروزه با توجه به گسترش شهرنشيني و نياز به ارتقاء كيفيت شهروندي، تالار شهر به عنوان ساختمان عمومي مردم¬مدار و نمادي براي تعامل شهروندان يكي از ملزومات طراحي معماري شهري مدرن مي¬باشد. نقش اين فضا در القاي حس تعلق، پويايي و تحرك در شهروندان و در حقيقت حفظ سرزندگي شهر بسيار با اهميت بوده و توسعه فرهنگي و اجتماعي شهر را به دنبال خواهد داشت. با توجه به اهميت اين موضوع، براي طراحي تالار شهر بايستي حضور و مشاركت هر چه بيشتر شهروندان به منظور تقويت روابط اجتماعي و بكارگيري استعداد آنها به عنوان اصلي¬ترين اجزاي شهر در اداره و سازماندهي امور شهري را بطور خاص در نظر گرفت. در اين راستا شناخت و ارزيابي اصول طراحي فضايي براي گردهمايي و مشاركت مردم و خلق فضاي مناسب شهري براي تعاملات اجتماعي به منظور تحقق جامعه مدني از اهميت بالايي برخوردار مي¬باشد. در سال-هاي اخير طرح¬هاي معماري بسياري خصوصاً براي شهرهاي بزرگ كشور ارائه شده¬اند كه در عموم اين مطالعات صرفاً به طراحي فضاي فيزيكي تالار پرداخته شده و تركيب پارامترهاي موثر اجتماعي و محيطي را كمتر مورد توجه قرار داده¬اند، حتي در مطالعاتي كه به بررسي مولفه¬هاي تعاملات اجتماعي پرداخته¬اند، نقش موقعيت جغرافيايي سايت تالار را براي افزايش تعاملات در نظر نگرفته-اند. با توجه به نياز مطرح براي ايجاد فضايي كه بتواند فعاليتهاي تراز اول فرهنگي، آموزشي، تشريفاتي و اداري استان گيلان را در خود جاي دهد، در اين تحقيق طراحي معماري تالار شهرستان رشت با تكيه بر مولفه¬هاي تعاملات اجتماعي و مولفه¬هاي سايت بهينه ارائه شده است. در اين تحقيق ابتدا آناليز مكاني بهينه براي انتخاب سايت تالار شهر انجام شده و سپس به يررسي مولفه¬هاي تعاملات اجتماعي و اهميت آنها با توجه به موقعيت سايت مورد نظر پرداخته شده است.
