Redefining of residential sector based on Iranian – Islamic culture courses

مسكن به عنوان يكي از پديده هاي واقعي، از نخستين مسائلي است كه از ابتدا بشر با آن دست به گريبان بوده و همواره در تلاش براي دگرگوني و يافتن پاسخي معقول و منطقي براي آن است. اين پديده و يا مسئله، علي رغم آن كه داراي ابعاد گوناگون اجتماعي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي و كالبدي است بيانگر برقراري پيوندي پرمعنا بين انسان و محيطي مفروض مي باشد كه اين پيوند از تلاش براي هويت يافتن، يعني به مكاني احساس تعلق داشتن ناشي گرديده است. در اين پژوهش با بررسي مفاهيمي هم چون محله و ويژگي هاي آن، مسكن و سكونت، نيازهاي ساكنان، فرهنگ ايراني، ارزش هاي انسان در جهان بيني اسلامي (فرهنگ اسلامي) و ... به اين مهم دست مي يابيم كه با توجه به نقش مهم مسكن در برآورده ساختن نيازهاي انسان، خانه هاي سنتي پاسخگوي تمامي نيازهاي ساكنانش اعم از مادي و معنوي بوده كه اين امر در طول زمان در محلات مسكوني دستخوش تغييراتي شده است. بنابراين رسالت معماران معاصر در طراحي بناهاي امروز ضمن پاسداشت ارزش هاي غني ديروز، توجه به نيازهاي افرادي است كه در آينده از آن بنا بهره برداري خواهند نمود. اين مقاله با روش توصيفي – تحليلي و با بهره گيري از منابع كتابخانه اي انجام شده و هدف آن لحاظ كردن ارزشهاي معماري گذشته در كنار نيازهاي روزمره زندگي مردم در جهت ايجاد محيط مسكوني كارا و آرامش بخش مي باشد.

Housing as one of the first issues of real phenomena, which from the beginning has been the Elimination of the human hand and constantly trying to change and find a reasonable answer for it. This phenomenon or issue, despite that it has various dimensions of social, cultural, physical and economic practice to establish a link betweena man`s accomplishments and given environment This link is trying to find an identity, that sense of having to place the result. In this study, with concepts such as the neighbourhood and its features, location, and housing needs of residents, Persian culture, human values in the Islamic worldview (Islamic culture). It is important to find a hand that, according to the housing plays an important role in fulfilling human needs, all responding to the needs of the traditional homes of its inhabitants, both material and spiritual, which this would over time in residential neighborhoods has undergone several changes. So the Mission of contemporary architects in the design of today`s buildings, while acknowledging the rich value of yesterday, according to the needs of the people that the future of the it operation. This article is descriptive and analytical method utilizes the resources of a library and its purpose in terms of the architectural values of the past along with the needs of everyday people`s lives in order to create efficient and relaxing residential environment.
