چكيده فارسي :
به طورمشخص ساخت و تجهيز اماكن ورزشي براساس نيازها جامعه مي باشد.ولي عليرغم اينكه احداث اماكن ورزشي براساس نيازهاي برآورد شده بسيار مهم وحساس مي باشند، ولي درطراحي وساخت ازنظر رعايت اصول و مقررات مهندسي، به كارگيري مصالح مرغوب،توجه به استانداردها، قوانين ومقررات رشته هاي ورزشي، نصب تجهيزات و...به طوراصولي اقدام نمي شود .از اين رو اماكن ورزشي موجود،ودردست اقدام، بامشكلاتي اساسي درزمينه هاي فوق الذكرمواجه هستند،وفاقداستانداردهاي لازم براي فعاليتهاي ورزشي مفيد مي باشند. مدارك رسمي منتشر شده از طرف سازمان هاي ذيربط كشوردرمورد ( استانداردها ) منظور از مشخصات مصالح وفرآورده ها وروشهاي كنترل اين مشخصات است.استانداردهاي مشخصات، بسته به موردحاوي تمام يا بخشي ازقيود و شرايط مربوط به ابعاد هندسي، مشخصات فيزيكي، شيميايي،مكانيكي و تكنولوژيكي مورد نظر مواد، مصنوعات و توليدات و رواداري هاي آن ها مي باشند.دراستانداردهاي آزمايش وكنترل مشخصات،روشهاي آزمايش مواد، مصالح و فرآورده ها به منظور بررسي كمي و كيفي مشخصات آنها و چگونگي ارزيابي و پذيرش مواد، مصالح و ( آيين كاربرها ) فرآورده ها برمبناي نتايج حاصل از آزمايش ها، شرح داده مي شوند. منظور از مدارك رسمي مربوط به روشهاي كاربرد مصالح،مواد و فرآورده هاو قيودفني است كه بايد در موقع كاربرد رعايت شوند.
