شناسايي و تعيين ميزان اهميت معيارهاي موثر بر انتخاب روش هاي نوين ساخت در پروژه هاي ساختماني كشور

Identify and examine the importance of criteria for selection of new construction projects in Iran

با معرفي سيستم هاي نوين ساختماني و رقابت اين سيستم ها، تصميم گيري جهت به كار گيري مناسب ترين روش ساخت در يك پروژه ساختماني چندان آسان نمي باشد. انتخاب سيستم ساختماني يك مسئله تصميم گيري چندمعياره بوده و تحت تاثير معيارهاي مختلفي مي باشد. از اين رو شناسايي معيارهاي انتخاب كليدي، جهت كمك به تصميم گيرندگان در اجراي اصولي اين فرايند، ضروري به نظر مي رسد. مطالعه حاضر نيز با همين هدف انجام شده است. در اين مقاله پس از انجام مرور ادبيات جامع و و با نظر كارشناسان و خبرگان با تجربه ي صنعت ساخت كشور، تعداد 64 معيار موثر بر انتخاب سيستم هاي نوين ساختماني استخراج شده و در 6 گروه اقتصادي، كيفي، اجتماعي، محيطي، اجرايي و فني و تداركات دسته بندي شدند. سپس به منظور تعيين معيارهاي انتخاب بحراني درك شده توسط كارشناسان و خبرگان پروژه هاي ساختماني، بررسي جامعي از طريق توزيع پرسش نامه انجام گرفت. داده هاي جمع آوري شده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. بر اساس نتايج حاصل از آزمون هاي آماري، تعداد 18 معيار به عنوان معيارهاي انتخاب اساسي تعيين شدند. در ادامه معيارهاي اساسي با استفاده از آزمون آماري فريدمن رتبه بندي شدند.
