The role of transport in sustainable urban development

امروزه حمل و نقل نقش مهمي در توسعه پايدار شهري دارد. سيستم¬هاي حمل و نقل شهري به عنوان يكي از اجزاي مهم و كليدي در برنامه ريزي و مديريت نقش مهمي در پيشبرد نظام توسعه شهري در چارچوب توسعه پايدار دارد. افزايش تقاضا و عدم عرضه كافي مشكلاتي را در صنعت حمل و نقل بوجود آورده است و اين مسأله موجب بروز وضعيت ناپايدار مي¬شود. از سوي ديگر در برنامه¬ريزي حمل و نقل در توسعه پايدار، بايد نقش 3 عامل جديد و مؤثر مورد بررسي قرار گيرد كه اين سه عامل شامل مديريت هوشمند، آمايش سرزمين و زيست پذيري مي¬باشد كه همه اين عوامل به نوبه خود بر مسائل اقتصادي، اجتماعي، محيط زيست اثر مطلوب گذاشته و به بهبود سيستم حمل و نقل جهت نيل به سوي يك سيستم الگوي پايدار كمك خواهد نمود. لذا در اين مقاله سعي بر اين است تا ضمن شناسايي چالش¬هاي موجود در بخش حمل و نقل پايدار شهري و محدوديت-هايي كه در زمينه توسعه پايدار وجود دارد، به بررسي اين عوامل مؤثر پرداخته و ميزان تأثيرگذاري آن با ارائه راهكارها و وضع موجود براي دستيابي به الگوي سيستم حمل و نقل پايدار شهري را بيان مي¬كند.

Today the transportation plays an important role in the sustainable development of the city. The system for urban transportation as one of the most important and key components in the planning and management play an important role in advancing sustainable development in the framework of the system of urban development. Increased demand and not enough supply difficulties in the transportation industry and has created this issue cause unstable situation can be fitted. On the other hand in the planning of transport in sustainable development, it should be the role of the 3 new and effective factors reviewed include agent that these three smart management, land and environmental disclosure is fitted that all of these factors in turn affect economic, social issues, environment and favorable effect to improve the transportation system to achieve a stable pattern system will help. Therefore, this paper tries to identify the existing challenges, while in urban sustainable transport sector and limitations-that there is in the field of sustainable development, to examine the factors influencing the rate and provide the solutions and the status quo to achieve a sustainable urban transport system pattern expression fitted.
