بررسي علل توسعه نيافتگي جوامع و ارائه راهكارهايي در جهت تعديل آن با توجه به برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي(نمونه پژوهشي ايران)

توسعه يك مفهوم مادي و ذهني و يك جريان و يا فرآيند رو به جلو و در جهت پيشرفت جوامع است كه برخوردار از ابعاد متنوع اجتماعي، اقتصادي، كالبدي، سياسي و تكنولوژيكي است. با توجه به اهميت مفهوم توسعه، مقاله حاضر از يك سو به بررسي مباني نظري توسعه در جوامع توسعه نيافته پرداخته تا ضمن معرفي مفهوم توسعه، ابعاد و اهداف اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي آن را تشريح نمايد و سپس به بررسي مفهوم توسعه نيافتگي و ويژگي هاي كشورهاي توسعه نيافته يرداخته است؛ از طرف ديگر با توجه به اين ويژگي ها و ساير مشكلات حال حاضر كشور به تحليل چرايي توسعه نيافتگي ايران در قالب چهار جنبه اصلي اقتصادي، سياسي-كالبدي، زيست محيطي و اجتماعي-فرهنگي پرداخته شده و نهايتا با معرفي روش كار برنامه‌ريزي راهبردي سعي شده راه حلي براي پاسخگويي به اين مسائل تبيين گردد.
