تبيين مدل مفهومي شهري براي همه، با تأكيد بر اصول اجتماعي، در جهت رسيدن به توسعه پايدار شهري

گسست در ساختار فضايي – اجتماعي شهرها در روند برنامه‌هاي توسعه‌اي حاضر، رشد فزاينده شهرنشيني و تغيير در ماهيت و پيچيدگي مسائل شهري، موجب ناكارآمدي برنامه‌ريزي و مديريت شهري در مقياس كلان شده است. اين امر ضرورت توجه به سطوح پايين‌تر و داشتن نگاه از پايين به بالا را به منظور حل پايدار مسائل شهري، بيش از پيش آشكار ساخته است. در اين راستا توجه به بعد اجتماعي توسعه پايدار به عنوان دارايي كه در ميان اجتماعات اين سكونتگاه‌ها جاري است، راه‌حلي مناسب براي دستيابي به مؤلفه‌هاي توسعه پايدار به شمار مي‌آيد. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر تبيين مدل مفهومي بعد اجتماعي و مؤلفه‌هاي آن در جهت رسيدن به توسعه پايدار شهري است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار بر بعد اجتماعي در سه گروه سرمايه اجتماعي (اعتماد اجتماعي، ارزش‌هاي اجتماعي، امنيت اجتماعي، مشاركت اجتماعي، آگاهي و شناخت، انسجام اجتماعي، سرمايه فرهنگي)، مشاركت اجتماعي (همكاري، همياري، همبستگي، انطباق، سازگاري، پذيرش، انقياد، شيفتگي، ايفاي نقش هاي اجتماعي، انجام وظايف) و عدالت اجتماعي (كار و تلاش مظاعف، ايجاد درآمد و ارزش افزوده بيشتر، پس انداز و انباشت ثروت، سرمايه‌گذاري مجدد و افزايش درآمد)، از جمله مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار در جهت افزايش پايداري اجتماعي در جهت رسيدن به توسعه پايدار شهري مي‌باشند، كه بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرند. نظرات و پيشنهادهاي بيان شده كاربردي بوده و مي‌تواند راهبردي براي آگاهي طراحان نسبت به چگونگي تأثير بعد اجتماعي در جهت رسيدن به توسعه پايدار شهري و ايجاد شهري براي همه را فراهم آورد.

The results indicate that factors affecting social groups in social capital (social trust, social values, social security, social participation, knowledge, social cohesion, cultural capital), social partnership (partnership, cooperation, solidarity, compliance , compatibility, compliance, subjugation, fascination, social roles, tasks) and social justice (work Mzaf, generating income and greater added value, savings and wealth accumulation, reinvestment and increase revenue), including factors affecting in order to increase social stability in order to achieve sustainable urban development are to be taken into consideration.
