In fact, as the result of having cavity and pot-shaped structure, flexibility and reactivity, Calix arenes can be proper hosts in molecular recognition [1,2,3] .So that, according to the number of aromatic rings, Calix arenes are able to receive more charged ions. In this project, All products are studied and recognized by spectrometry methods as 13CNMR, 1HNMR but IR and GCMAS which were obtaind just in the Calix level. In this project, the target is synthesis of sulfonamide calix arene with aliphatic amines and reviewing anti-bacterial treatment of this compound over some common bacteria. Based on this research, the effectiveness of amines over anti-bacterial treatment will be reviewed. It should be mentioned that, At first, the compound of 5,11,17,23 tetra tert-butyl calix[4] arene with %65.6 efficiency was directly sulfated by chloral-sulfonic acid from Upper-Rim location.Finally, the 5,11,17,23 tetra chloral sulfonil calix[4] arene with %90.86 efficiency was used for synthesis of 5,11,17,23 tetra phenyl dibutyl sulfonamide calix[4] arene for the main target of this project with %49 efficiency.There was a great effort for keeping sustainable formulating (cone).
