Considering the increasing use of
smartphones and tablet applications in the cloud space,
it is questionable whether all users have access to these
applications and whether smartphone utilization in
developed countries is similar to that in other
countries. Optimal use of the options offered on the
cloud requires high-speed Internet, but many countries
do not yet have standard Internet speed. In these
countries, the online functions of smartphones and
tablets yield certain problems. In this study, these
problem areas are analyzed separately. The main
objective of this research is to assess the performance
of smartphones and tablets in countries with low
Internet speed.
