The aim of This study examined the role of the hidden curriculum on vocational student disciplinary Behavior, from the perspective of teachers . The population examined in this study, all teachers in boys vocational schools of Zanjan city is in the 22-23 school year. Of which 361 were randomly selected and a questionnaire based on Likert scale to fill in. Survey research methodology and descriptive - analytical tests, which were used for the statistical inference of a T-test .The results indicate that different types of hidden curriculum (Scientific character of teachers, school social climate and physical environment, and the degree of punishment and reward students abide by the rules and regulations) according to their different nature can be positive or negative role in the behavior of the students are disciplined
