To investigate reciprocal effect of genotype and environment among canola cultivars in Iran base GGE bilplot method, an experiment was performed in 2009-2010 season. In this experiment, ten genotypes of Brassica napus were examined in the form of Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications in Karaj, Birjand, Kashmar and Shiraz. The traits number of pods in main stem, number of pods in branches, and in the genotypes measured. Analysis of variance showed very significant difference between the locations. Base graphical results from GGE biplot locations were divided into 2 Mega-environments. According ‘number of pods in branches’, the genotype Sarigol had the greatest yield in Karaj and Kashmar, and the genotype Okapi had the greatest yield in Kashmar region. In Shiraz, none of the genotypes has a desirable yield. In terms of the trait ‘weight of hundred grains’, genotype RGS003 in Birjand, genotypeZarfam in Karaj and Shiraz and genotypeOpera in Kashmar had the greatest yield
