The aim of this work is to investigate the dispersion parametersof zinc oxide thin films under different post- annealing temperatures from 400 to 600 ºC. It can be seen that nanoparticles size of films annealed at 500 ºC have maximum value about 32 nm. The optical dispersion parameters were calculated according to Wemple and Didomenico single oscillator model (WDD). It is observed that with increasing post-annealing temperature the oscillator strength of films is decreases.
