Effect of the environment on the identification and development of children s talents 4-6 years old

كلمة استعداد جاذبة سحرآميز خاصي دارد. همة انسان ها در مواجه با اين كلمه احترام خاص و عميقي در درون خود حس مي كنند. بحث در مورد اين نعمت و توانمندي خدادادي – استعداد- كه همه به شكل ويژه اي از آن سهم برده اند از ديرباز فكر همة انسان ها را به خود مشغول كرده است. كشف و پرورش استعداد در هر دوره اي از تاريخ هدف بشر بوده است. از آنجا كه پرورش استعداد بايد از كودكي انجام گيرد تا كودكان در آينده افراد خلاقي باشند بايد عواملي كه در پرورش استعداد كودكان موثر است را بررسي و در جهت تحقق آن گام برداشت. مسلم است كه فضا در كيفيت آموزش و پرورش و بروز استعداد نقش مهمي را ايفا مي كند، اما ساخت و ساز هاي مختص به اين امر بسيار كم رنگ است. كودكان نيازمند محيط هايي هستند كه آنان را به چالش وا دارد و در جهت كشف و پرورش استعداد و خلاقيت آنها موثر باشد. هدف از انجام تحقيق حاضر اين است كه با توجه به علايق كودكان و قابليتي كه محيط در تأثير گذاري بر كودكان دارد به نكاتي دست يافت كه در جهت پرورش استعداد كودكان باشد. همچنين به اين سوال پاسخ داده شود كه چگونه مي توان با استفاده از محيط زمينة پرورش استعداد كودكان را فراهم كرد. تحقيق حاضر يك تحقيق كيفي است كه اطلاعات با استفاده از روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني جمع آوري شده است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه تمايلات كودكان و چگونگي طراحي محيطي مي تواند زمينة پرورش استعداد كودكان را فراهم كند.

The term of talent has a special magic attraction. All of people, facing with this word, feel a deep inner respect. This gifted ability -talent- that all of human being have a special part of it, has involved the people for a long time. In every period of history, exploring and developing the talent has been the aim of human being. Due to the future creativity of children, the development of talent is formed from the childhood and it is necessary to consider the factors that influence on this issue and also we should try to achieve to this development. Although the environment and place have a crucial role in education and manifestation of talent, providing the facilities for these features is very weak. The children need to access to the challenging environment that is effective for exploring and developing their talent and creativity. The aim of this study is, by noticing to the interests of children and the influence of environment on them, to achieve to the points that are useful for the development of children’s talent and also to answer this question that how we can provide the condition of this development by using the environment. The present study is a qualitative study and the data have been collected by the library and field method. The results reveal that the children’s tendencies and the design of environment canprovide the field of development of children’s talent.
