بررسي مدل هاي موجود جهت ارزيابي كيفيت و تعالي با در نظرگرفتن حوزه ارتباطات و فناوري اطلاعات - (ICT) مطالعه موردي: شبكه هاي مادرمخابراتي كشور

Evaluation of the quality and excellence existing models with regard to the field of Communications and Information Technology (ICT) - Case Study: National Holding Telecommunication Networks

در اين مقاله به بررسي اصول و معيارهاي ارتقاي مديريت كيفيت و تعالي شبكه هاي مادر مخابراتي كشور پرداخته شده است كه هدف آن بررسي اصول و معيارهاي مديريت كيفيت و تعالي و نيز مطالعه برخي از اصول و معيارهاي موجود در حوزه فاوا (ICT ) مي باشد كه نهايتاً اصول و معيارهاي ارتقاي مديريت كيفيت و تعالي بصورت جامع، يكپارچه و دقيق در قالب يه مدل براي شبكه هاي مادرمخابراتي كشور طراحي و تدوين گردد. بررسي ها نشان ميدهد كه تدوين اين چنين مدلي در صنعت ICT با تأكيد و استقرار آن در شبكه هاي مادرمخابراتي كشور و بهره مندي از سرمايه هاي انساني و بكارگيري فناوري هاي روز دنيا در بستر شبكه و معرفي و ارائه خدمات نوين به مشتريان به ارتقاي مديريت كيفيت و تعالي حوزه ICT منجر خواهد شد. در اين مقاله پس از بررسي مفاهيم و تعاريف تلاش شده است اهم تحقيقات انجام شده مرتبط با موضوع، مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گيرد.

In this paper, the telecommunication networks have been discussed in order to evaluate the principles and criteria of quality management and improvement. Their purpose is to study the principles and quality management criteria and study some existing standards in the field of ICT, which, eventually, design the principles and criteria for improving quality management as a comprehensive, accurate and integrated form of a model for the country s telecommunication networks. Studies show, developing such a model in the industry of ICT with emphasis and establishment in the telecommunication networks, benefit of human capital with the latest technology, presenting new services to the customers, and will lead to the improvement in quality management in the field of ICT. In this paper after the study of concepts and definitions, all the research has been trying to be analyzed related to the subject.
